Beef tallow is made in house with the best trimmings from our beef collection. The rendered tallow is best for cooking steaks but can be used to cook everything from potatoes to brussels sprouts.

Jacobs & Co. duck fat tarragon and sea salt chips are modeled after our infamous duck fat fries in a convenient take home bag.
