  • Each delivery features a curated selection of dry-aged steaks, Jacobs beef tallow, finishing charcoal sea salt, and detailed preparation and pairing notes.

  • No. Each month’s selection is different, based on availability and what our chefs believe is most exceptional.

  • At launch, we will deliver within specified areas of the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga, King, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora, Pickering, Ajax).  If you are unsure, we recommend you email us at membership@jacobssteakhouse.com to confirm before finalizing your purchase.  We plan to expand delivery zones over time.

  • Yes. Simply email us (membership@jacobssteakhouse.com) before the monthly cutoff and we will defer your delivery.

  • If your order arrives compromised, please reach out immediately and we will work to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

  • All cuts are vacuum-sealed and shipped in “temperature-controlled” conditions - designed to maintain optimal temperatures during transit.

  • All cuts are vacuum-sealed and can last a few days in the fridge if stored properly.  While we recommend cooking your steaks immediately, they can be frozen and properly thawed before cooking them in the future.

  • Deliveries are scheduled within a dedicated window. You’ll receive a confirmation message and expected arrival timeframe ~5 days before.

  • Dry aging is a traditional process that enhances flavor and tenderness by allowing natural enzymes to break down the meat over time. It results in an exceptional depth of flavor unique to Jacobs steaks.

  • Steaks arrive properly chilled and protected, but we recommend bringing them inside as soon as possible.

  • We have had special requests from customers to be able to add additional items, while we don’t formally have a process to do so at this time, we can consider any requests if provided with enough notice (5-7 days).  Typical requests include

    • Can I “double-up” the order or add extra steaks if I want to entertain or host guests?

    • Can I add a bottle of wine or some cocktails to my order?

    • Can I add some Jacobs coffee cakes?
